A completely new strategy where the Royal Surrey County Hospital behaved more like a brand and competed for its ‘customers’.
Putting the patient at the heart of the hospital’s reason for being, we created ‘Putting Patients 1st’. A strategy and creative concept that includes a website, posters, exhibition stands, annual reports and advertising.
The Result
The new strategy has had a huge impact internally as well as externally.
