Due to recently introduced legislation, the world in which housing associations operate has been subject to far-reaching change. In response, Network Housing Group have evolved as an organisation and required help in communicating their forward-thinking approach to supporting communities and investing in neighbourhoods – whilst maintaining their position as leaders in their field.
A single proposition ‘Building Homes. Improving Lives.’ was created to reflect their reason for being and how they intend to pursue it – striking a necessary balance between their social purpose and commercial activity.
A set of brand guidelines was then introduced that allowed them to present themselves in a consistent and engaging way. Marketing communications – from their suite of websites to their annual reports – were refreshed with infographics at their core, to enable them to bring their vision, values and beliefs to life.
